Did you catch our latest webinar with guest speakers from NEOMA’s Master in Management? If you missed this valuable opportunity to learn more about the school and program, you can get a handy overview here.

In this webinar led by Katie Fisher, Recruitment Manager at NEOMA, she revealed what makes the French school a great choice for young professionals who are looking for a dynamic learning experience. Imen Mejri, Director of NEOMA’s Master in Management, tuned in with useful information about the program and the study format. Yugal Morjaria also shared stories from his personal experience as a current student on the program.

Why should you do a Master’s at NEOMA?

If you already graduated or are about to graduate with your Bachelor’s degree, you might be wondering if the Master’s will bring you any value. In today’s fast-paced world, getting a Master’s qualification is a smart way to specialize in your chosen field and gain an advantage in the job market. It is also an opportunity to expand your social and professional network.

At NEOMA, over 9,500 students are currently studying together, exchanging ideas, networking, and planning their careers. They represent 100 different nationalities, which creates more room for diversity in ideas and lessons.

So, in a nutshell, the purpose of the Master in Management is to:

  • Prepare you for the jobs of the future and for jobs that might not even exist yet
  • Give you international exposure with academic exchanges and internships
  • Focus on innovative teaching so you can apply skills to the real world

Program format and structure

This last year has reminded us of the value of flexibility and being able to choose our own pace for work and study. NEOMA’s Master in Management offers each student the freedom to customize their program experience. For example, you can choose the short or the long track for the first year of your studies. The short track takes one year to complete and includes two semesters at NEOMA, while the long track takes two years to complete because it also includes an academic exchange or internship abroad.

And what about the second year? Students have the option to complete a double degree and get a Master of Science. They can also get a double or triple degree at a partner university in France or abroad. This is a worthwhile opportunity to consider, because it enables you to travel more and study at some of the world’s best educational institutions.

Students who select the double degree option with a Master of Science can choose to specialize in fields such as:

  • Finance & Accounting
  • International Business & Strategy
  • International Management & Organization
  • Marketing

Career progression and opportunities

Of course, one of the most important aspects of studying for a Master’s degree is the job prospects available to successful graduates. At NEOMA, students can take advantage of the on-campus career center which helps them find suitable jobs and internships.

The school also boasts over 98,000 job offers for internships, part-time employment, and full-time posts, Imen Mejri highlights. More than 88% of students found their first job before graduation and their average salary for their first job was EUR 43,950.

How to apply

To be eligible for this Master in Management program, you need a Bachelor’s degree from a non-French institution with at least three years of education (and two of them outside France).

If you pass this requirement, you can proceed to prepare your application and submit it online. Here is what the process looks like.

First, create your online account on NEOMA’s application platform. Then, upload the necessary documents such as your CV/resume, English proficiency test results, two letters of recommendation, and everything else requested on the official website. Be ready to respond to several online questions about your motivation for joining the program. The third step is getting invited to an online video interview via Zoom. Finally, you will get your admission results.

As you can see, there is a lot to discover about the Master in Management and the opportunities available to international students. If you still have questions about the school or program, be sure to watch the full webinar recording. It features an interactive Q&A session with lots of questions from the webinar audience and answers from the recruitment team at NEOMA.
