Iliana Bobova is an international education and career development consultant. She has over fifteen years of experience in the Admissions Office of an Executive MBA programme of an American university in Europe and consulting practice in international education. She is a graduate of a Management of Higher Education course of Harvard University, and has an academic background and professional experience in HR development. She is a GCDF certified career counsellor, a former board member of the adviser’s professional section of the European Association of International Education, a contributor to NAFSA: Association of International Educators conferences and an active OSEAS-Europe member. She has published articles in various publications internationally specialised in education and management. Currently, she is Head of Admissions Consulting at Advent Group. Students she advised or coached over the years were admitted and awarded scholarships for their MBA or Master’s studies in leading universities and business schools in Europe and North America.
